1. Usb HP Usb Disk Utility to format your drive to be bootable *make sure it is NTFS*:

2. Make 2 Partitions: At minimum 5gb for xp and 11gb+ for windows 7

3. Find and Download VMWare 6.5x

4. Download MagicISO Maker (full version required) or any other .iso injector
5. Make sure you have alot of time on your hands, this process is lengthy
